Refund policy


Non Returnable; Personalised Items

All personalised product sales are final.
Only defective items can be returned for all personalised product sales.

A "personalised product" includes any item that has been:

  • Custom printed
  • Designed to order
  • Created using customer‑provided photos, text, or artwork

When a Refund Is Possible

We will always put things right if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives faulty
  • The personalisation does not match the details you provided
  • We have made an error in production
  • You would like to return a non-personalised/non-custom order

In these cases, we will replace the item or offer a refund.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, images, spelling, colours, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering. We create your item exactly as submitted.

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Returnable; Exchanges of Non‑Personalised Items

Non‑custom items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Method

Any refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will processed within 2-5 business days from the date of our refund confirmation.
