Q: When will I receive my order?
Our processing times can vary, but you should see an estimated delivery date on the product page as well as at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with full tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Q: How does it work?
Step 1 - Select your tile size and click "Personalise".
Step 2 - Upload your photo and crop to the desired size.
Step 3 - Watch as your photo is transformed before saving and adding to cart.
Q: Can I edit my order once it has been placed?
No, so please be sure of your order before completing.
Once submitted, our production process starts immediately and no changes can be made.
Q: Can my order be returned?
Personalised orders cannot be returned, however if there is an issue with your order then please get in touch.
Q: Where are your tiles manufactured?
Every tile is hand-finished and printed to order right here in our UK studio. While we source our raw ceramic blanks globally for the best quality, the entire production, quality control, and dispatch process happens under our roof in the UK. No drop-shipping, just authentic British craftsmanship.
Q: Are these real tiles?
They are indeed real ceramic. However, because we use a bespoke, cured and durable gloss finish to achieve such deep Indigo & Ivory detail, these are intended as decorative keepsakes or wall art rather than structural building materials.
While they look beautiful on a shelf or hung in a gallery, they are not suitable for high-moisture areas like shower interiors or as floor tiling.
Q: How durable are they?
Designed as a modern heirloom, your custom tile features a durable UV-cured glaze. Like all cherished ceramics, its lustrous finish is best preserved by avoiding contact with rough materials or sharp edges, ensuring your memories remain vivid and unscratched.
We suggest cleaning only with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners.
Q: Is shipping ceramic tiles safe?
Yes - our custom crafted tiles are packed very securely for safe shipping.
Any tiles which are received broken will be replaced and shipped as part of our guarantee.
Q: Do you store my photos?
your uploaded photographs are used for orders and are stored on a secure server for 90 days in order for us to fulfil your order.
After 90 days they are automatically deleted.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
We ship to all international destinations shown within the checkout process.
Q: Are customs charges and duties included in the price?
For orders outside of the UK, customs charges, duties and any local taxes are chargeable by your local authority and are not covered by us.

Q: What if my order is a surprise gift?
There is no mention of price or any invoice packed within your order.
You'll receive all of the order details by email and your purchase will arrive at your specified delivery address with only a packing note.
