All personalised product sales are final.
Only defective items can be returned for all personalised product sales.
A "personalised product" includes any item that has been:
- Custom printed
- Designed to order
- Created using customer‑provided photos, text, or artwork
Returnable; Exchanges of Non‑Personalised Items
Non‑custom items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refund Method - Any refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
Refund Timeframe - Refunds will processed within 2-5 business days from the date of our refund confirmation.
